Our office is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.  We are open on Saturdays by appointment only.  We are closed Sundays and Holidays.  Please call our property manager at 928-726-9248 for further assistance.


  • For water, sewer and trash paid directly to the complex, the one bedroom units are $75, the two bedroom units are $95, and the three bedroom units are $105.
  • Electricity, cable and phone access are paid directly to those providers by the tenant.  These vendors are Arizona Public Service, Spectrum and Century Link.


  • We are allowing two pets per unit, with a maximum of two.
  • Each pet must be 40 pounds or less.
  • We require a $300 per pet non-refundable pet fee.
  • Our insurance requires we restrict some breeds.  Specifically, Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, Boxer, Canary Dog (Presa Canario), Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro (Brazilian Mastiff), German Shepherd, Great Danes, Husky, Malamutes, Presa Mallorquin (ca de Bou), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Tosa, Tosa Inu, Wolf Hybrids, or any breed with dominant traits of aggression or any animal as determined by our property manager.
  • We follow all federal rules regarding assistance animals.
  • Owners must pick-up after their pet, and waste receptacles are placed throughout the complex.


  • Any guest may only stay for a total of two weeks.  After that, they will be considered a tenant and must go through the application process.
  • Tenants are responsible for the conduct of your guests and visitors.
  • All guests and visitors must park in designated visitor parking.


  • Each approved tenant vehicle will be issued a parking permit that must be shown in the rear window of the registered vehicle.
  • Approved tenant vehicles will use the other resident parking on a first come first serve basis.
  • Failure to follow parking rules may result in the vehicle being towed.


The pool, hot tub, patio and bath house will be open every day for all ages from 8am to 8pm.  From 8pm until 11pm, the area will be adults over 18 only.  All children under of the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult that is inside the pool enclosure.  A resident of the complex must accompany all guests in the pool area.  No glass is allowed in the pool area.

The ramada and playground are generally on a first come first serve basis for most usage.  However, for any family events with more than 6 people or for more than an hour, they may be reserved through the office.  You are responsible for cleaning these areas when you are done using them.  A cleaning fee or $100 will be assessed if the area is not cleaned adequately.  Playground equipment is for children ages 12 and older.


You MAY NOT have any type cooking or grilling device on your patio or balcony.  This includes gas or charcoal BBQ's or anything like a Turkey Fryer, no matter whether is electric, gas, wood or charcoal.  You may use a charcoal BBQ in the ramada area only.  You must dispose of the hot coals into the designated receptacle, and not in the waste bins on property.  Firepits are not allowed on the property.  Propane tanks are not allowed on the property.


Tenants may have small patio sets on their balconies or other appropriate items.  No firepits are allowed on the property.   Any type of privacy fencing must be approved by the property manager before it is put in place.  Nothing may hang over the edges of the patio concrete or the balcony railing.   Nothing may be hung off the balcony railing.  No pet housing may rise above the height of a balcony railing.   Small toys or bicycles are allowed, but they must be kept orderly.   No flagpoles or satellite dishes are allowed.   No pet feeding containers or litter boxes should be kept on the patio or balcony.
